RESTORATION RIDGE
A Place of Rest and Renewal for Those Who Serve
The people who serve others rarely stop to rest.
Beyond Seed the Need’s founding mission, our team has felt a deeper calling taking root.
That calling is becoming reality through Restoration Ridge: a retreat cabin at Seed of Faith Farm. We offer a quiet, restorative place designed for rest, renewal, and the chance to breathe again, supporting those who give so much of themselves to others.
Who Restoration Ridge Is For
Restoration Ridge is designed for:
Pastors and ministry leaders experiencing burnout or fatigue
Ministers and faith leaders in seasons of transition or discouragement
Military families navigating the stress of deployment, reintegration, or frequent relocation
Whether you are carrying spiritual weight, emotional exhaustion, or simply need space to rest, Restoration Ridge exists for you.
What We Offer
Guests at Restoration Ridge experience:
A peaceful, private cabin setting
Time and space for rest, prayer, and reflection
Freedom from schedules, programming, or expectations
A safe place to slow down and restore body, mind, and spirit
Every detail is designed to support true rest, not performance.
Coming from a long line of ministers and military, our founders understand how vital it is for these mission-oriented groups to rest and restore their bodies, spirits, and families.
Pastors, ministers, and military families carry constant pressure, responsibility, and exhaustion. Barna research shows that 65 % of pastors report experiencing burnout in ministry, leaving many spiritually and emotionally drained. At the same time, about half of military parents say deployment takes a significant toll on their families, and two-thirds of military-connected children report increased emotional or behavioral challenges because of a parent’s deployment.
Why This Matters
Burnout doesn’t happen all at once—it builds quietly over time. When those who serve never stop to rest, the cost is high: emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.
Restoration Ridge exists to interrupt that pattern by offering intentional Sabbath space—because restoration is not a luxury, it’s essential.
Giving Rest
Restoration Ridge is made possible entirely through generosity. Supporters give time, resources, prayer, and financial support so pastors, ministers, and military families can receive rest at no cost.
When you give, you are not funding a retreat—you are giving rest to those who need it most.
“We have been blessed to have the opportunity to purchase this wonderful cabin in such a beautiful place, and we need your help to transform it into its name—a true place of restoration.”
Every dollar brings rest closer to those who serve.
